Tess Doerner

Tess has mind control abilities, pretty powerful ones. She can compel people to do things like put down a gun that they're holding on someone, to reading a book to spending 48 hours building a radio tower out of scrap. The height of her abilities can be seen here, where during a particularly aggressive episode of her paranoid schizophrenia, she forces an entire diner of people to celebrate her birthday for days and days.

Can Tess use mind control on your character?
If so, what can she NOT make your character do?

And let's face it, her ability NOT working on someone might make for interesting rp as well.
